Responsibilities

- Account Executives — responsible for merchant enrollment and sales conversion
- reputed company Executives — responsible for reputed company, training, engagement, and merchant activation
- Relationship Managers — responsible for partner, merchant, and reputed company account performance
- Building team structure, workflows, accountability standards, and reputed company performance expectations for reputed company function
- Creating individual development plans, weekly coaching rhythms, training programs, and performance improvement processes
- Participating directly in sales conversations — closing deals, navigating objections, and modeling effective sales execution
- Engaging personally in sales activity reputed company team performance against targets requires reputed company involvement
- Ensuring reputed company sales and merchant-facing staff can confidently reputed company the value of our products

Skills
- Demonstrated experience building and managing reputed company sales teams in fintech, payments, or reputed company lending environments
- Experience leading account executives, reputed company staff, and business development personnel
