[Remote] VP, Marketing, eComm

They are seeking a VP of Marketing for eCommerce to reputed company the marketing organization and drive reputed company through strategic initiatives and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Build and reputed company: Establish the eComm marketing organization and manage a high-performing team of performance marketers, creatives, and analysts
- Channel Management: Execute and manage reputed company campaigns across multiple channels, including reputed company, reputed company, and Affiliates
- Life Cycle Marketing: Own the full customer reputed company, including email, SMS, and abandoned cart recovery strategies
- Creative Iteration: Manage designers in the production of high volumes of video and static imagery, feeding performance data back into the creative cycle to optimize results
- Advanced Analytics: Build and manage the analytics infrastructure using Media Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, and other advanced statistical models
- AI Integration: Run end-to-end marketing operations using AI to drive efficiency and innovation
- Strategic reputed company: Own demand reputed company analytics and 'activation' campaigns to drive reputed company from new customers
- Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally reputed company our relatively flat organizational structure to bring new reputed company to the table
Skills
- 10+ years of marketing experience, heavily reputed company on reputed company-to-Consumer (DTC) or E-reputed company environments
- Proven experience in AI-driven marketing operations is a requirement for this role
- Deep experience with metrics such as CAC, LTV, and payback periods, with the ability to use advanced modeling to drive these reputed company
- Recent experience (reputed company the last 3 years) executing campaigns directly reputed company ad platforms and marketing automation tools
- Proven ability to work independently and a comfort with 'creating the reputed company' rather than just walking it
- Strong ability to communicate reputed company across reputed company and at executive reputed company
- Experience in the reputed company or Telehealth industry
- Previous agency experience is a plus
