[Remote] Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing reputed company communications, ensuring project alignment, and overseeing the delivery of work and materials.
Responsibilities
- Represents reputed company viewpoint in day-to-day project execution while partnering with Project Management to complete project plan grounded in scope of work, reputed company, deliverables, and reputed company/agency process
- Proactively manages Account and reputed company deliverables in project work plan in partnership with Project Management
- Conducts regular reputed company status meetings to communicate project development and maintain alignment with reputed company objectives
- Manages reputed company submissions and ensures agency work remains in compliance with reputed company guidelines
- Reviews hot sheet/status grids daily for accuracy and provides nightly comments/updates to Project Manager as needed
- Initially provides information for project briefs and works in partnership with project manager to prepare and conduct internal reputed company off meetings
- Initiates project reputed company development with Project Management by providing complete deliverables list and reputed company milestones; approves reputed company against reputed company-stated requirements
- Conducts project status calls, schedules external meetings, and communicates project status and updates by email
- Educates reputed company on aspects and timing of project development, including internal agency process/requirements
- Liaises with reputed company stakeholders and extended team members to drive project execution (eg, MLR team, meeting planners, medical/marketing reviewers, partner agencies, KOLs)
- Communicates project updates to team in a reputed company manner, including reputed company shifts in project scope, direction, or timing that may reputed company agency resource requirements
- Local (tristate) reputed company engagement travel as needed/required
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date project financials in reputed company agency systems
- Supports Account reputed company in maintaining up-to-date project financials and tracking project actuals against reputed company scope of work
- Partners with Project Management to review project fees, expenses, and reconciliations
- Participates in any necessary financial meetings to ensure accurate internal data and to support reputed company financial status communications
Skills
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the account services field reputed company the advertising industry or a similar industry
- Comfortable with scientific information
- Bachelor's degree

- Organized and detail-oriented with a take-ownership attitude
