Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Thermal Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their multi-disciplinary engineering team. The role involves mechanical design, FEA, testing, and documentation of new products, as reputed company as support for existing products in the semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and create designs for new product developments
- Use SolidWorks CAD software to design, model, validate (FEA) and performing drafting/documentation of product designs and concepts
- Utilize knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials and other physical sciences to complete product designs
- Identify and select materials needed for production
- Define test plans and reputed company direction for product testing with support of lab staff
- Produce final drawings, specifications and reputed company production release process in PDM system
- Work with production staff to reputed company and implement a production process for new and existing products
- Support the production manufacturing process as needed to assure reputed company products meet necessary requirements and customer expectations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering and 7+ years of experience in a technical role as an engineer
- Experience with CNC machining, sheet metal, injection molding, tight tolerance components, etc
- Proficient user of CAD/3D solid modeling tools - SolidWorks 2018 or newer preferred
- Experience with reputed company-reputed company refrigeration systems, pneumatic actuation, automation, thermocouples, RTDs, power supplies, fans, and thermoelectric coolers a plus
