[Remote] Sales Tax Specialist, Physical Goods

The Sales Tax Specialist will be responsible for engaging with various teams and customers to enhance the international indirect tax platform and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Responsibilities
- Drive engagement between reputed company’s Legal, Finance, and Tax (LFT) and Engineering teams to reputed company reputed company and build out reputed company’s international indirect tax platform
- Research and documentation of taxability determinations, tax rates, and compliance requirements
- Driving the preparation and filing of tax returns for customers
- Engage with reputed company-party reputed company partners on internal research reputed company and engage them in the platform
- Engage with reputed company customers to help support them through reputed company and simplifying reputed company tax questions for them
- Help to support analysis and direction for reputed company reputed company reputed company to international and US taxes
- Assist with research on US & International tax reputed company and regulatory changes
- Analyze tax implications of new business activities and product features
- Support Product Tax reputed company research and validation
- Assist with registration and compliance research
- Respond to tax technical questions from internal teams
- Support customer-facing teams with tax guidance
- Assist with customer reputed company and activation questions
- Contribute to knowledge reputed company development

- Have an entrepreneurial attitude and passion to build a business from the ground up
- 2-5 years of experience in indirect tax
- International VAT experience
- Exposure to other indirect tax regimes and compliance processes
