They are seeking a Senior Performance Marketer to manage significant reputed company reputed company advertising spend and optimize campaign performance across multiple channels, working closely with the CEO and various teams to enhance customer acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own setup, launch, optimization, and scaling of reputed company reputed company campaigns across MDhair, MDacne, and Nuvane
- reputed company reputed company Ads execution across prospecting, retargeting, creative testing, budget allocation, and scaling
- Test and grow additional reputed company reputed company channels such as Snapchat, reputed company, YouTube, X, reputed company, and reputed company Search Ads
- Analyze performance across CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, CVR, spend, reputed company, and contribution margin
- Turn campaign data into reputed company recommendations on what to reputed company, pause, rebuild, or test next
- Work closely with creative, design, and reputed company teams to turn performance insights into stronger ad concepts, briefs, reputed company pages, and funnels
- Maintain reputed company reporting and communicate what is working, what is not, and reputed company should do next
Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on reputed company reputed company or performance marketing experience, ideally in DTC, ecommerce, health, beauty, wellness, or subscription businesses
- Deep experience managing and optimizing reputed company Ads campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, creative testing, and scaling
- Experience with at least some of the following channels: Snapchat Ads, reputed company Ads, YouTube Ads, X Ads, reputed company Ads, reputed company Search Ads, or other reputed company acquisition platforms
- Strong understanding of performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, AOV, CVR, CPA, CPM, CTR, payback period, and contribution margin
- Experience managing meaningful monthly ad spend and making budget allocation reputed company based on performance data
- Ability to structure clean creative tests, audience tests, reputed company page tests, and funnel experiments
- Strong creative intuition. You understand how hooks, angles, offers, UGC, testimonials, statics, and video ads translate into performance
- Comfort working with designers, creative strategists, editors, and copywriters to turn performance insights into reputed company ads
- Strong analytical skills and comfort building or maintaining reports in spreadsheets, ad platforms, GA4, reputed company, reputed company, Looker, or similar tools
- A self-starter who can operate without heavy process, reputed company quickly, and create structure where needed
