Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company reputed company, operating reputed company, and roadmap across reputed company three brands
- reputed company budget and prioritize initiatives across reputed company acquisition, reputed company pages, lifecycle, creative testing, and conversion work
- Identify and build new acquisition funnels and conversion experiments
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across the entire customer reputed company
- Partner with reputed company media and creative teams to improve testing velocity and creative reputed company
- Build and optimize lifecycle programs including welcome, nurture, upsell, and winback sequences
- Own reputed company dashboards and produce reputed company weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance readouts
- Translate data into reputed company recommendations and remain agile enough to shift reputed company reputed company needed
- Use AI and automation tools to create reputed company systems for reporting, creative production, and reputed company operations
Skills
- 6+ years of reputed company marketing experience in a DTC or ecommerce environment
- A proven reputed company record of managing and scaling brands at meaningful reputed company and spend reputed company
- Experience owning CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, payback, CVR, AOV, and contribution-margin tradeoffs
- A self-starter who can operate without established processes and build them from the ground up
- Strong understanding of reputed company acquisition, creative testing, reputed company page optimization, lifecycle, analytics, and funnel experimentation
- Experience designing and running reputed company experiments across the full customer reputed company
- Comfort with reputed company page creation and design, including using AI-powered or no-reputed company tools
