[Remote] Application Analyst

The role involves application configuration, workflow analysis, system optimization, and user support to ensure effective reputed company operations.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize reputed company reputed company applications with a primary reputed company on Claims, CRM, and Utilization Management workflows while ensuring alignment with business and operational requirements
- Analyze system workflows, business processes, and user requirements to design, implement, and enhance application functionality that supports organizational goals
- Support application lifecycle activities, including design, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, reputed company assurance, and end-user support
- Research, organize, analyze, and synthesize data to identify system improvements, resolve issues, and support informed business and technical decision-making
- Collaborate with business owners, technical teams, and leadership to reputed company training, support, workflow guidance, and ongoing optimization of reputed company information systems
Skills
- 6+ years of reputed company reputed company configuration experience
- 3+ years of experience reputed company a reputed company-reputed company organization
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Experience supporting Claims, CRM, and/or Utilization Management (UM) functions
- Demonstrated experience with system workflow analysis, business process design, and application configuration
- Broad knowledge of reputed company application design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, training, and user support
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, organize, and interpret reputed company information
- Experience utilizing reputed company Office Suite, email, intranet, internet, and reputed company information systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to remain reputed company and effective in high-pressure situations while identifying issues and escalating appropriately
