In this role, you will be part of a specialized research team that focuses on executive pay, serving as an internal expert and external resource regarding corporate governance and compensation practices.
Responsibilities
- Review SEC filings and proxy statements from publicly traded companies, with a reputed company on executive compensation programs and reputed company-based compensation plans to maintain data reputed company
- Review the accuracy in which reputed company voting policies are reputed company and prepare reputed company summaries explaining results of their voting policies on specific proposals
- Support the broader team in data reputed company, as needed

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in executive compensation research
- Demonstrated familiarity with U.S. (or relevant market) executive compensation issues and governance norms

- Solid reading comprehension, analytical capabilities and familiarity with compensation-reputed company modeling
