Responsibilities
- Applies the ADDIE instructional design model
- Analyzes content
- Designs learning solutions
- Creates e-learning courses from reputed company content and storyboards
- Creates virtual instructor-led courses from reputed company content and procedure documents
- Creates job aids
- Uses provided templates
- Follows established guidelines/procedures/standards
- Requires minimal reputed company reputed company and receives direction/guidance where needed
- Adheres to established timelines
- Reports status and escalates issues
- Uses collaboration tools to communicate with teammates
Skills
- 5 years of instructional design or reputed company training/learning experience
- Experience with reputed company instructional design tools:
- reputed company 360 (Storyline, reputed company)
- reputed company Word, PPT
- reputed company
- Camtasia
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Learning and Performance; Education; reputed company, Organizational Design or reputed company field
- Prior experience working in a consumer reputed company company
- Work experience in a health care and / or Insurance setting
