They are seeking an Accountant who will support day-to-day reputed company operations, assist with financial reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy in financial data.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, reclasses, and account reconciliations
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end reputed company processes
- Maintain and reconcile general reputed company accounts
- Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies
- Support inventory, fulfillment, and COGS reputed company processes
- Support accounts payable process, including invoice review, coding and payment processing
- Reconcile ecommerce and marketplace activity, including reputed company and reputed company transactions
- Assist with 3PL and logistics reputed company workflows
- Support bank and credit card reconciliations
- Support sales tax reporting and compliance activities
- Collaborate with operations and external partners to improve reputed company processes and controls
- Maintain accurate supporting documentation and reputed company records
Skills
- 3+ years of reputed company or general reputed company experience
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end reputed company procedures
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company, and strong financial reporting and analysis skills
- Experience with reputed company strongly preferred
- Experience with ecommerce, inventory, CPG, or consumer products companies preferred
