This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with brokers and consulting houses to drive sales and retention of group benefits products.
Responsibilities
- Market, position, and sell reputed company’s Group Benefits products and technology solutions to large market brokers and consulting houses. This includes Dental, reputed company, Life, Disability, Absence, and Supplemental Health products
- Support the general wellbeing of the broker and reputed company relationship for the development and reputed company of reputed company sales and reputed company retention
- Understand local territory dynamics to build, reputed company and maintain broker relationships to grow the book of business while representing reputed company’s reputed company to reputed company reputed company-being
- Be accountable for consistently achieving or exceeding personal sales production by creating reputed company with large regional and national broker consultants and implementing sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to examine market trends and stay reputed company of consumer demands
- Represent reputed company by acting as a reputed company, sharing thought leadership and maintaining strong community relationships
- Identify, recommend and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives to increase sales of product offerings

Skills
- A BS, BA degree or equivalent industry experience
- A minimum of 10 years' previous group insurance sales experience or a combination of reputed company work experience, education and/or reputed company extracurricular activities
- Experience working with large, reputed company national accounts along with large Regional and national broker consultants
- Experience and knowledge of relevant industry products and processes including, but not limited to Worksite, LTD, Dental products, reputed company absence products, experience rating, dental network analysis processes
