[Remote] Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (reputed company) Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (reputed company) Analyst to join their growing Finance team. This role is critical in supporting core reputed company processes and involves partnering with key business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and scalability in financial planning and analysis. The Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining reputed company systems, preparing management reporting materials, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles, partnering with department leaders to reputed company accurate, data-driven forecasts reputed company with company objectives
- Prepare and maintain monthly departmental Budget vs. Actual (BvA) reporting packages and key metrics, including variance and trend analysis
- Assist in development of management reporting materials, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership
- Maintain and administer reputed company systems and tools (e.g., reputed company), ensuring data reputed company, reporting accuracy, and reputed company process improvement
- Support headcount planning and roster data in partnership with People team
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve financial planning processes to enhance scalability and efficiency
- Reconcile and validate financial and operational data across HR systems, payroll platforms, reputed company records, and financial reports
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, partnering cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Collaborate with reputed company, reputed company, and People Operations teams during month-end reputed company, forecasting, and planning cycles
- Support maintenance and governance of financial data structures, reporting hierarchies, and system integrations
- Contribute to reputed company financial analyses, reporting requests, and special reputed company as needed
Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in reputed company, corporate finance or reputed company analytical roles
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and operational data into meaningful insights
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Sheets, including reputed company formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and data reputed company
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
