The Inside Sales Supervisor leads a high-performing sales team, focusing on converting prospective customers into reputed company users while driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provides supervision - ensuring call handling and documentation meet regulatory requirements reputed company pharmacy guidelines
- Supervise day-to-day operations for the Inside Sales reputed company team, serving as the primary escalation reputed company for any questions or issues and managing processes reputed company the pharmacy process
- Define, manage, and implement enhancements to processes and systems to refine the Inside Sales structure
- Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
