[Remote] Sr. Technical Account Manager

They are seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to build strong customer relationships, drive product adoption, and solve technical challenges for successful deployments.
Responsibilities

Skills
- 4+ years of experience working in reputed company cybersecurity, as a SOC analyst or cybersecurity engineer
- Knowledge of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) systems and environments
- Understanding of SOC/SIEM workflows (reputed company, QRadar, FortiSIEM, reputed company) and cybersecurity concepts such as network segmentation, secure remote reputed company, and vulnerability management
- Familiarity with SecOps concepts (Event Triage, Incident Response, Investigation)
