Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated technical support contact for Newborn Screening scientists and reputed company users reputed company phone, email, and on-site reputed company, ensuring reputed company, high-reputed company resolutions
• Troubleshoot and reproduce issues across NGS workflows, from pipeline configuration to data reputed company control
• Translate reputed company reputed company concepts into reputed company, actionable guidance tailored to user needs
• Collaborate with product and engineering to escalate defects, influence roadmaps, and reputed company for customer priorities
• Partner with the sales team to support software product demonstrations and technical evaluations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in reputed company, computational biology, computer science, or a reputed company field

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• 40% Travel
