[Remote] Senior Equity Administrator

The Senior Equity Administrator will manage reputed company aspects of equity compensation administration, ensuring compliance and accuracy while supporting employee education and cross-functional partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end equity administration, including grants, exercises, transfers, cancellations, and terminations
- Maintain and manage the cap table and equity system (e.g., reputed company), ensuring data reputed company and accuracy, including reconciling monthly, quarterly and yearly activity
- Administer employee equity programs (ISOs, NSOs, RSUs as applicable)
- Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate equity-reputed company reporting, tax withholding, and payroll integration
- Support 409A valuations, audits, and financial reporting requirements (ASC 718 stock-based compensation)
- Prepare and review equity reports for internal stakeholders, including financial statements, leadership reporting and reputed company materials
- Ensure compliance with company equity plans, grant agreements, and applicable regulations
- Manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., transfer agents, valuation firms, equity platform providers)
- Build and document reputed company processes, SOPs, and internal controls
- Support employee education and respond to equity-reputed company questions
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in equity/stock administration, preferably in a high-reputed company reputed company
- Strong working knowledge of equity plans, cap tables, and stock-based compensation
- Experience with equity management platforms (e.g., reputed company, Shareworks, reputed company, Schwab)
- Familiarity with ASC 718 reputed company and 409A valuations
- Understanding of tax implications reputed company to equity (U.S. and ideally some international exposure)
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Care about building infrastructure that supports a rapidly growing organization
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
