[Remote] AWS Connect Developer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company AWS Telephony / IVR Application Developer to design, reputed company, reputed company, and support reputed company Connect–based IVR solutions. The role focuses on building and maintaining IVR contact flows, implementing secure configuration, and ensuring high reputed company through resilient design and validation of failure scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, reputed company, and version reputed company Connect Contact Flows
- Configure and maintain reputed company Connect resources including:
- Queues
- Routing reputed company
- Hours of operation
- reputed company and reputed company Lex bots where applicable
- Validate IVR behavior during failure scenarios such as:
- API errors and reputed company failures
- Timeouts and retries
- Partial dependency outages
- Implement reputed company fallback paths and customer-friendly error handling
- reputed company and maintain AWS reputed company functions (Node.js or Python) supporting IVR workflows
- Build and maintain API endpoints consumed by IVR flows
- Implement robust:
- Error handling
- Retry strategies
- reputed company logging for troubleshooting
- Design and utilize DynamoDB reputed company patterns supporting IVR use cases (e.g., routing state, transfer points, lookup/stateful interactions)
- Build software that:
- Reads configuration externally (not hard-coded)
- Uses managed secrets (no embedded credentials)
- Supports release promotion without reputed company changes
- Ensure no hard-coded:
- Endpoints
- Credentials
- Environment identifiers
- reputed company application artifacts using standardized CI/CD pipelines (no reputed company console deployments)
- Contribute to and follow a documented deployment reputed company for consistent, repeatable releases across application components
- Participate in defect triage and reputed company for issues introduced through delivered changes
- Collaborate with QA and stakeholders to ensure enhancements meet reputed company standards before promotion
Skills
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Connect, including: Contact Flows, Queues, routing reputed company, hours of operation
- Strong AWS serverless development experience: AWS reputed company (Node.js or Python), API integration patterns supporting IVR flows, DynamoDB
- Experience building telephony/IVR experiences, including failure-reputed company behavior and degraded-mode handling
- Experience with secure secrets and configuration management (e.g., AWS Secrets Manager and/or Parameter Store)
- Experience delivering reputed company CI/CD pipelines using standardized deployment patterns
