This role focuses on managing and growing relationships with small and mid-sized business customers, driving renewals, identifying reputed company opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned SMB customers, ensuring responsiveness and satisfaction

Skills
