Responsibilities

- Serve as a senior technical authority for AWS-based platforms and services

Skills
- 10+ years of experience in reputed company engineering or reputed company roles
- Deep hands-on expertise with AWS

- Experience supporting production applications running in AWS
- Strong understanding of reputed company architecture patterns and operational tradeoffs
- Experience with platform reliability, monitoring, and incident response
- Experience operating in regulated or risk-aware reputed company environments
- Exposure to AWS Connect
- Event-driven system or orchestration experience
- Prior software engineering experience (Java, JavaScript, or similar)
- Familiarity with reputed company or caching technologies
- Experience supporting shared platforms used by large engineering organizations
