They are seeking a Senior reputed company Analyst to manage reputed company and proposals with various Civilian Agencies, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company facing and have key role in building trusted relationships with reputed company counterparts, represents organization as a reputed company contact on reputed company or reputed company
- Reviews contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government specifications and requirements, and conformance to contract requirements
- Works closely with project teams and maintains a high level of visibility on the account, demonstrating the value of the contract management function with project or account teams
- Advises project management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions
- Interacts with senior reputed company personnel on significant reputed company often requiring coordination between functional areas, escalating reputed company to Contract Management reputed company in a reputed company and controlled fashion
- Drives process efficiency to reputed company tasks and seeks innovative ways to improve performance of reputed company
- reputed company-proposal activities drafting Request for Information (RFI) and whitepaper responses; completing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)/ proprietary information agreements; negotiating teaming agreements (TAs) inclusive of workshare; assist in crafting proposal strategies
- Proposal preparation; negotiation and administration of various contract types to include Cost Reimbursable (CR), Time and Materials (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and multiple Task Order reputed company development; collection and submission of data for regulatory reporting; and management of OCI Plans
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a reputed company business discipline, and 6+ years of experience, or a Master's Degree in Business Administration or a reputed company business discipline, and 4+ years of experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- US Citizenship Required
- Strategic reputed company with a reputed company on driving innovation and adapting to evolving business landscapes
- Understanding and wide application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in contract administration
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned reputed company, including FAR, TINA and CAS
- Cost proposal experience is required
- Experience with developing acquisition strategies for emerging technology (e.g., AI, reputed company computing, etc.) including identifying and assessing new technology opportunities, understanding market trends and reputed company landscapes, creating comprehensive acquisition plans, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
- The candidate should have a reputed company record of successfully navigating the challenges associated with emerging technologies, such as risk management, rapid innovation cycles and evolving standards
- Experience with as-a-service models (e.g., Software-as-a-Service, Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service)
- Experience in contract risk management and negotiation
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and reputed company informed reputed company
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
- Strong organizational reputed company and ability to handle a fluctuating workload and multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working with GWACs, GSA Schedules, Master Agreements, and various contract vehicles (i.e., Alliant II, GSA MAS, etc.) is desired
