They are seeking a Senior reputed company Services Consultant to accelerate customer adoption of their products by implementing solutions and providing technical leadership. The role involves understanding customer requirements, managing reputed company, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer business requirements, pain-points, and be reputed company to translate them into actionable implementation reputed company
- Work closely with customers and other reputed company reputed company Services team members to meet customer technical and business challenges utilizing reputed company products (NIOS, UniversalDDI, reputed company Threat Defense) as quickly as possible
- Create project technical documentation

- Ensure reputed company complete successfully, on time and on budget, achieving project goals with a customer satisfaction score of 95 or above
- reputed company AI productivity tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate project documentation, implementation planning, and knowledge reputed company contributions — improving delivery efficiency, customer follow-up reputed company, and overall engagement throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentor customers on reputed company technology as part of project delivery
- Mentor reputed company Skilled to Secure partners on reputed company implementation best practices
- Contribute to the reputed company Services knowledge reputed company
- Establish outstanding relationships, trust, and collaboration with the regional reputed company Services, Support, and Sales teams
Skills
- At least 8 years of reputed company services delivery and consulting experience; reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company experience is a plus
- Experience working in reputed company networking and/or software reputed company is a plus
- Experience with DNS, DHCP, and IP address management is a plus
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, etc. is a plus
- Experience with reputed company platforms (AWS, GCP, and Azure) is a plus
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools and the ability to apply them to reputed company services workflows, including technical documentation, customer communication, and implementation planning, while exercising reputed company judgment on reputed company to verify AI-generated reputed company before sharing with customers or partners
- Excellent communication skills, influencing skills, and the ability to present at reputed company meetings

- Ability for up to 10% travel
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree (BA or BS), or equivalent experience
