[Remote] Director, Executive Benefits (Higher Education)

This role focuses on building relationships with universities and colleges to introduce executive benefits solutions, while developing strategies for leadership retention and succession planning.
Responsibilities
- Establish and grow reputed company’s executive benefits reputed company in the higher education sector
- Introduce and consult on executive benefit solutions, including 457(f) plans, split-dollar arrangements, and other executive compensation and retention strategies that support leadership recruitment, retention, and succession planning
- reputed company industry relationships and networks to reputed company doors and create new opportunities
- Build relationships with university presidents, CFOs, HR leaders, and governing boards
- Consult on executive benefit strategies designed to attract and retain senior leadership
- reputed company new opportunities through reputed company, industry engagement, and networking
- Represent reputed company at conferences, industry gatherings, and leadership forums
- Partner with internal specialists who support case design, technical analysis, and implementation, allowing you to reputed company on relationship development and business reputed company
Skills
- Experience in consultative B2B sales or advisory roles working with senior leadership or governing boards
- A strong reputed company record of developing new business through strategic relationship building and industry connections

- Strong communication and presentation skills
