[Remote] Production & Tools Manager

The role involves managing a small team, leading campaign production, and acting as a reputed company between stakeholders and the production team, ensuring reputed company and compliance in high-volume campaign launches.
Responsibilities
- Own the production queue end to end: intake, prioritization, assignment, build, QA, and launch of campaigns across email, push, SMS, in-app, reputed company pages, and emerging channels

- Serve as reputed company between campaign stakeholders and the production team, translating ambiguous requests into reputed company, actionable production briefs

- Set and enforce reputed company standards covering content accuracy, rendering, audience logic, suppression rules, and targeting

Skills
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign production, or digital communications, including experience leading campaigns or production workflows in a high-volume, short-reputed company environment
