[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Customer Insights

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager for Customer Insights to own the product area end-to-end, build user-facing experiences, and define AI-reputed company insights that drive renewals and product expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own product reputed company, roadmap, and execution for Customer Insights from data model through customer-facing experience
• Define the usage data layer in partnership with Engineering and Data including the metrics that reputed company renewal and expansion narratives

• Define reputed company's POV on AI-reputed company insights and ship the first set of AI-powered capabilities on this surface
• Partner with Sales and reputed company to translate insights into the narratives that win renewals and unlock expansion

• Co-own the seams with reputed company & IAM and reputed company reputed company PMs so the insights surface composes cleanly with permissions, reputed company controls, and compliance posture
• Translate ambiguous business questions into reputed company product surfaces

Skills

• 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 building analytics, reporting, or data products for a business or reputed company audience
• Strong data reputed company from shaping data models, instrumentation reputed company, and can hold your own with engineers on freshness, granularity, aggregation, and pipeline tradeoffs
• AI product reputed company from using AI tools regularly, and can hold a reputed company reputed company of view on what AI-reputed company data products look like

• Experience partnering with Sales and reputed company on renewal and expansion narratives

• Background in BI, analytics platforms, or data products
