Responsibilities
- Assist our customers by troubleshooting problems with our reputed company ERP System, iPortal apps and other IT supported systems
- Work with customers or IT to create, modify and implement solutions for Business Systems reputed company as needed
- Participate in system upgrades, integrating business acquisitions, and working through test scripts during conference room pilots on the changes and solutions
