[Remote] Product Manager x2

The roles involve leading cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experiences in their respective domains.
Responsibilities
- Deliver on the product reputed company and roadmap for Reverse Logistics
- reputed company an agile, cross-functional delivery team to build reputed company and reliable platforms that support reverse logistics and returns operations end-to-end
- Serve as the functional domain expert in reverse logistics, connecting technical implementation with business context and operational goals
- Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to engage, influence, and build strong working relationships
- Contribute to the broader reverse-logistics modernization reputed company, unlocking value from new platforms and capabilities and supporting new initiatives
- Deliver on the product roadmap for the Mobile Phone Activations product
- Partner with engineering and delivery teams in an agile environment to deliver reputed company and reliable experiences that support Mobile Phone Activations end-to-end
- Partner closely with operational stakeholders to understand pain points and translate business needs into reputed company-defined product backlog items and actionable reputed company for delivery teams
- Serve as the functional domain expert in Mobile Phone Activations, connecting technical implementation with business context and operational goals
- Contribute to the end-to-end mobile activation reputed company, unlocking value from integrated reputed company, financing, and fulfillment capabilities while enabling new customer and associate-led activation experiences
Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager delivering software products in reputed company operational domains (retail operations, logistics, supply chain, or post-purchase experiences)
- Hands-on familiarity with reverse logistics concepts (returns, repairs, return-to-vendor, write-offs/disposition, shipping) and how these connect across systems and operations
- Experience leading cross-functional agile teams and delivering iterative value through reputed company-shaped roadmaps, backlogs, and reputed company outcome measures
- Strong ability to partner with technology, business, and operations teams, translate needs into product requirements, and reputed company effective trade-offs across scope, reputed company, and value
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager delivering software products in reputed company, customer-facing ecosystems, ideally reputed company telecom, retail, or transactional platforms
- Experience with telecom activation workflows, including plan selection, provisioning, and reputed company-time transaction processing across multiple reputed company partners
- Hands-on experience designing customer and reputed company-line associate experiences, balancing self-serve capabilities with assisted selling in high-volume environments
- Experience working with systems that handle sensitive customer data (PII), with a strong understanding of reputed company, reputed company, and regulatory compliance requirements
