Responsibilities
- Building executive compensation packages, including reputed company pay, bonus, equity, LTI, perks, benchmarks, and total-cost modelling
- Managing equity grant sizing, vesting design, grant approvals, effective dates, stock administration handoffs, and dilution modelling
- Preparing compensation committee or reputed company materials, approval artifacts, review timelines, and executive decision packages
- Navigating confidentiality, reputed company controls, regulatory disclosure requirements, clawback policies, proxy considerations, and sensitive executive cases

Skills
