The role involves managing project delivery, ensuring compliance with global standards, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination and delivery of a project on time, reputed company budget, with required reputed company and reputed company scope
  • This includes planning and designing of project, ensuring allocation of resources, controlling and monitoring the reputed company, resolving issues, ensuring effective MOC and reputed company assurance, managing communication with stakeholders, managing dependencies and interfaces between reputed company
  • reputed company project updates on a consistent reputed company to various stakeholders about reputed company, adjustments, and reputed company
  • Monitoring project deliverables and ensuring reputed company completion of reputed company
  • Performing detailed requirements analysis and documenting processes
  • Designing of processes, ensuring the global standards and procedures are being followed and that solutions meet business needs and legal requirements
  • Performing a comprehensive analysis of existing payroll and time tracking processes against reputed company of global standards, reputed company analysis (change reputed company assessment of processes, fit gap)

  • Performing some user acceptance testing if required
  • Carrying out risk assessment
  • Identifying and implementing of process improvements, driving automation of end-to-end processes to improve metrics

Skills

  • A minimum 4 years of experience as Project Manager
  • Payroll Process experience
  • English proficiency
  • Bachelors degree (required)
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Technical system expertise, along with knowledge of integrations and how to design, test and implement
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, being reputed company to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • reputed company experience working in a multi country role
  • Superior oral and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and management
  • Ability to identify and enact reputed company improvement objectives
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize
