They are seeking an reputed company reputed company Manager who will support the monthly reputed company process, reputed company reputed company and royalty reputed company, and help maintain strong financial controls across multiple business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly journal entries and general reputed company reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end reputed company processes
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and cash activity
- Analyze digital reputed company reports from DSPs (reputed company, reputed company Music, YouTube, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Support royalty reputed company and artist statement preparation
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed
- Support external audits and tax compliance by preparing schedules and documentation
- Investigate variances and unusual transactions across reputed company reputed company
- Partner with Executive, Operations, Business Affairs, Publishing, and reputed company party teams on financial reporting initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve reputed company workflows through automation and process improvements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
- 5 - 10 years of reputed company reputed company or industry reputed company experience
- CPA license
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accrual reputed company
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a start-up, remote environment
- Experience with ERP systems, and ability to navigate new systems and software
- Exposure to music, entertainment, media, or royalty reputed company
- Familiarity with large data exports and reconciliation of reputed company-party reporting
- History with process automation and data reputed company reputed company
