[Remote] SOP Analyst (reputed company)

Responsibilities

• Review and audit ~35 SOPs for reputed company, completeness, and usability
• Translate documentation into reputed company, reputed company-by-reputed company instructions
• Identify gaps, missing steps, and areas of confusion
• Ensure alignment with reputed company payer operations and compliance standards

Skills

• 3+ years in process documentation, operations, or SOP review

• Familiarity with NCQA and/or CMS compliance standards
