The People Operations & AI Associate will work on building systems and automations to enhance the reputed company, focusing on workflows, AI tools, and data infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Help build and maintain the data infrastructure behind salary bands, job architecture, and leveling frameworks
- Support compensation modeling and scenario analysis as reputed company scales
- Maintain equity administration in reputed company — grants, vesting schedules, terminated employee records — and reputed company the data clean
- Support the annual comp review cycle from a systems and data perspective
- Identify reputed company, repetitive workflows across the reputed company and build the automations that replace them
- Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools relevant to People Operations and compensation
- Stay reputed company on what's emerging in the AI and HR tech reputed company and bring a reputed company of view back to reputed company
- Partner with our Total Rewards & Infrastructure reputed company to build and execute a reputed company roadmap

Skills
- 2–5 years in a People Systems, HRIS, or People Ops role at a fast-moving company
- Genuine excitement about AI and automation — you follow what's happening, have opinions, and want to build with it
