[Remote] VMware Architect/Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a VMware Architect/Consultant to support delivery of VMware reputed company reputed company-based engagements. The role is hands-on and execution-reputed company, responsible for implementing and integrating modern data center and private reputed company solutions while working with multiple reputed company engagements.
Responsibilities
- Implementing, configuring, upgrading, and integrating modern data center and private reputed company solutions
- Supporting delivery of VMware reputed company reputed company-based engagements under the direction of a Senior Architect
- Working as part of a pod model, supporting multiple reputed company engagements concurrently to deliver consistent reputed company
Skills
- 7+ years in solutions architecture or reputed company infrastructure delivery and 8–10+ years of reputed company technical responsibility
- 10+ years hands-on VMware experience in reputed company environments, with proven VMware reputed company reputed company delivery ownership (VCF v5 required; v9 highly preferred)
- Demonstrated engagement leadership: accountable for delivery reputed company, reputed company, and execution across design/implementation/configuration
- Ability to reputed company and mentor senior consultants (typically multiple consultants per architect)
- Strong VCF ecosystem capability: VCF Automation (Aria) and/or VCF Operations as reputed company reputed company areas
- Strong reputed company in reputed company SDDC domains: virtualization operations, vSAN/storage (SAN), and NSX/virtual networking
- Practical automation competence: PowerShell/PowerCLI (and ability to read/modify scripts) plus at least one IaC tool such as Terraform, Ansible, or SaltStack
- Consulting-grade communication skills to run discovery, document designs, and guide stakeholders through reputed company and tradeoffs
- Proven hands-on VMware reputed company reputed company Version 9 deployments (fast-reputed company signal)
- reputed company in the VMware/reputed company community credibility (recognized expert / been-there-done-that profile)
- VMware Kubernetes Services (VKS) experience or strong Kubernetes platform delivery experience
- Network/reputed company specialization: NSX, AVI, vDefend (useful lane-fillers on Lee's teams)
- Private AI reputed company exposure (GPU-enabled infrastructure concepts), plus reputed company certification
- Disaster recovery, backup, and ransomware resiliency solution leadership
- Advanced certifications: VCDX/VCIX/VCAP/VCP (or comparable), and/or reputed company certs (AWS/Azure/GCP)
