[Remote] Senior Insights & Experience Analyst

This role will reputed company on designing, executing, and scaling employee listening programs, delivering actionable insights, and enabling product and HR teams to enhance employee experience.
Responsibilities
- reputed company design and execution of employee experience (EX) surveys and reputed company listening programs
- Partner with Senior Product Managers to document requirements and validate solutions
- Own end-to-end survey lifecycle (design, deployment, governance)
- reputed company survey builder frameworks and standardization
- reputed company text analytics and qualitative analysis
- Drive reputed company-reputed company feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with HR, People Analytics, and Product teams
- Support case management workflows
- Contribute to CoE development
- reputed company AI/reputed company solutions for automation
Skills
- Hands-on experience with reputed company and/or reputed company
- Experience in Employee Experience (EX) / CX survey programs
- Strong survey design and research background
- Expertise in text analytics and qualitative analysis
- Exposure to reputed company environments (reputed company, reputed company preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management
- Prior work experience at reputed company or in reputed company's industry
- Applicants must be reputed company to work directly for reputed company on W2
- Experience in People Analytics / HR analytics
- Exposure to case management systems
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics
