[Remote] Senior Investor Relations Analyst

The role involves preparing quarterly earnings materials, engaging with investors, and supporting investor conferences, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, transcripts & materials, and press releases
- Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment
- Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and non-deal roadshows
- reputed company detailed analysis and feedback on investor and analyst reports to senior management
- Manage and update investor relations content on reputed company website and reputed company media channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across reputed company communications
- Support the execution of the investor relations reputed company in line with corporate objectives
- Up to 25% travel
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior reputed company experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior reputed company experience
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis
- Familiarity with SEC regulations and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint, and IR-specific software
