Responsibilities

- Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reputed company standards
- Maintain and improve processes to support monthly reputed company activities and internal controls
- Support the Controller in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- reputed company financial statement fluctuation/variance analyses
- Support the consolidated audit, through the preparation/review and compilation/submission of auditor requests
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of reputed company operations
- Document business processes and reputed company policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to improve financial processes and systems
Skills
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Proficiency in reputed company software and ERP systems (e.g., reputed company)
- Advanced reputed company skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
