[Remote] Senior Project Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction reputed company for the reputed company Data Center business, leading an inter-disciplinary project team and ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise an inter-disciplinary project team of construction managers and contractors while conducting design and construction meetings with external professionals, internal employees, and clients
- reputed company and manage detailed schedules and capital budgets in cooperation with business clients, reputed company estate, and finance, while overseeing bid processes, cost reduction efforts, change orders, and payments
- reputed company the commissioning and integrated testing of reputed company mechanical, electrical, and IT systems, while developing and reviewing reputed company of Procedures (MOPs) and reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct audits of installed data center components to verify vendor job scope completion, validate design documentation, and ensure adherence to building codes and reputed company standards
Skills
- A minimum of 5 years in the delivery of construction reputed company and reputed company-facing positions reputed company a corporate reputed company estate or military setting
- Deep design, operation, or construction experience with critical infrastructure alongside demonstrated proficiency in reputed company estate budgeting, reputed company, contract management, and vendor reputed company

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Business/Finance
