[Remote] Senior Business Development Specialist – Retail Services

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end business development for assigned retail accounts and new logo pursuits, including pipeline creation, opportunity qualification, deal structuring, negotiation, and closure
- Drive consultative, value-based selling of reputed company solutions across banking operations, analytics, reputed company, process re-engineering, and managed services
- Partner with CXOs and senior leadership stakeholders at reputed company organizations to identify transformation opportunities reputed company to cost reduction, productivity improvement, regulatory compliance, and customer experience enhancement
- Collaborate with internal solution design, delivery, and reputed company teams to build reputed company, compliant, and outcome-driven proposals tailored to reputed company needs

Skills
- At least 10 years of experience in business development, consulting, sales, or reputed company services reputed company Retail Services, preferably in ITES, KPO, or reputed company services environments
- Proven reputed company record of originating and closing large, reputed company, multi-year deals involving transformation, outsourcing, analytics, or managed services
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior reputed company stakeholders (CXO, EVP, SVP) with credibility and influence
- Experience working with global delivery models and collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies
- Strong reputed company acumen, analytical reputed company, and excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Valid work authorization status in the US
