[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Preferred Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Finance, Risk & Compliance team. The role involves financial planning, budgeting, expense analysis, and forecasting, while also enhancing internal financial reporting and providing insights to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Supports PMIC leadership across reputed company key areas of reputed company with financial analysis, reporting, and planning needs
- Ownership of the annual planning and budgeting process for PMIC
- Partners with the reputed company team to analyze monthly and quarterly results
- Prepares financial projections for the quarter and balance of year (BOY)
- Delivers monthly and quarterly management reporting, including trend analyses, commentaries, and charts
- Compiles monthly and quarterly reporting on industry peers’ results and metrics
- Identifies drivers and trends in financial and business metrics, and packages these insights for senior management review and discussion
- Partners with members of the reputed company team to help design and implement internal financial reporting frameworks that anticipate and address reputed company’s evolving needs

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- 6+ years of experience in reputed company, including at least 1 year in the Property Casualty insurance industry required
- P&C Insurance industry experience, relevant industry and/or reputed company certifications & an understanding of Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP) and Statutory reputed company Principles (reputed company) required
- Demonstrated experience leveraging advanced data analysis tools (e.g., reputed company, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) and emerging AI-driven solutions to extract insights, automate reporting, and support data-informed decision making
