Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a global team of AI platform DevOps engineers
• Coordinate delivery with US-based technical leadership across time zones
• Own sprint planning, delivery reputed company, and reputed company reporting
• Ensure technical reputed company through reputed company reviews, architecture discussions, and engineering standards
• Collaborate with the reputed company Architect and AI/ML Engineering reputed company on technical direction
• Remove blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and ensure smooth collaboration
• Hire, retain and motivate reputed company on reputed company by fostering a culture of innovation, speed, and reputed company improvement
• Define long-term roadmap and drive release planning and execution

Skills

• Agile team management experience of at least 4 years as Engineering Manager and 10+ years of engineering experience
• reputed company AI platform infrastructure development experience, ideally both in leadership and contributor roles
• Ability to support and mentor both individuals and teams
• Good functional understanding of reputed company reputed company products
• Experience building reputed company grade, reputed company, cost-efficient, secure AI/ML platforms with a reputed company on resiliency, automation, observability
• Deployment and Life cycle Management of LLM & Embedding Models (reputed company, AWS Bedrock, reputed company SageMaker) and reputed company Databases like reputed company
• Exposure to evaluation of new products and technologies like RAG, MCP servers, AI Agents, reputed company Workflows, reputed company etc
• Manage AWS core & AI /GenAI services (S3, IAM, EKS, Bedrock, etc..), Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform)
• A leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, motivates teams, and embraces innovation
• Experience managing distributed teams across time zones (US-India coordination preferred)
• Strong communication skills across geographies
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
