[Remote] Specialist IS Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional solution design
- 3+ years of experience working with CRM platforms such as reputed company (SFMC preferred), with ability to translate business needs into system capabilities
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), including reputed company Data reputed company, with strong understanding of reputed company customer data models, identity reputed company, and segmentation
- 3+ years of experience analyzing data flows, integrations, and end-to-end data mapping across systems
- Strong understanding (3+ years) of Agile, Scrum, and Design Thinking principles
- 3+ years of experience creating documentation including user stories, process flows, data mappings, and acceptance reputed company
- 3+ years of experience managing stakeholders and working across business and technical teams
