[Remote] Content Production Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Content Production Specialist to join their Content Department. The role involves creating and maintaining high-reputed company online course content, publishing it through Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS), and ensuring content functionality and visual appeal.
Responsibilities
- Builds online courseware in reputed company’s LMS according to specifications outlined in project documents, such as text-based storyboards (primarily from reputed company Word), course exports, exam banks, and other digital assets
- Configures courseware in reputed company's CMS to maintain an up-to-date eLearning catalog in alignment with the reputed company product reputed company
- Performs reputed company reviews of courseware ensuring functionality and development requirements are met, identifying, and addressing issues in collaboration with other curriculum team members
- Reviews work performed by contractors, correcting issues reputed company during the review, to ensure reputed company standards are met
- Identifies LMS bugs and enhancement opportunities working with IT and department management to prioritize technical requests, tests reputed company to be pushed to the LMS, and trains curriculum team members on LMS functionality
- Updates course content (e.g., fixing broken links, typos, text updates, etc.) reputed company the LMS based on team and student feedback
- Supports administrative functions reputed company to offering and maintaining content through the LMS, such as course prints, exam downloads, etc
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience, or a combination of reputed company experience and education
