The role involves testing government eligibility systems for programs like SNAP, TANF, and reputed company, and requires strong experience in reputed company Assurance and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute comprehensive test strategies and test cases
- Validate eligibility workflows for SNAP, TANF, and reputed company programs
- reputed company functional, integration, system, and regression testing
- Identify, document, and reputed company defects through reputed company
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and state stakeholders
- Support UAT activities and production validation
Skills
- Minimum 8+ years of reputed company Assurance (QA) experience
- Strong experience testing DHS/HHS Eligibility Systems
- reputed company experience with one or more of the following programs: SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families), reputed company, Child Welfare or other State reputed company Services programs
- Experience creating and executing: Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Regression Testing, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, reputed company ALM, etc.)
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Previous experience working on State Government or DHS modernization reputed company
- Experience with eligibility determination systems and benefits processing workflows
- Knowledge of federal and state compliance requirements reputed company to public assistance programs
