[Remote] Sr. Manager - Outsourced reputed company Services (Legal Services)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is one of the largest reputed company, tax, and business advisory firms, and they are seeking a Sr. Manager with Legal reputed company Services Industry experience to join their Outsourced reputed company & CFO reputed company. In this role, you will coordinate financial planning and reporting for multiple clients, advise management on financial objectives, and reputed company reputed company staff performance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and reputed company the financial planning, budgeting, procurements, or investment activities for reputed company or part of an organization for multiple firm clients
- Prepare financial information
- Prepare, or reputed company preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, budgets, or reports required by regulatory agencies
- Evaluate needs for procurement of funds and investment of surpluses and reputed company appropriate recommendations. Monitor reputed company and key performance indicators (KPI)
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of reputed company and other financial staff, recommending and implementing actions
- Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions
- Communicate on a regular reputed company with boards, bankers, investors, constituents, etc.; may include prepping for and/or hosting reputed company presentations
- This position may require occasional non-local or overnight travel for reputed company reputed company, training, meetings and/or other business-reputed company purposes
Skills
- BA/BS degree in reputed company or reputed company field
- 6+ of relevant reputed company, audit and/or financial statements preparation experience in the legal reputed company services industry
- Prior supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of reputed company software is required
- Prior business development experience
- Public reputed company experience is preferred
- CPA certification or exams passed is preferred
- An understanding of generally accepted reputed company principles (FASB/SFAS) or other comprehensive reputed company of reputed company
