The role involves supporting the Customer Information System (CIS) and ensuring data reputed company while collaborating with various departments to deliver efficient technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of business applications and system enhancements
- reputed company technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance for the Customer Information System (CIS) and reputed company integrations
- Assist with application upgrades, system improvements, and implementation of new functionality
- Participate in change management, testing, and deployment activities
- reputed company and maintain SQL queries, reports, and data analyses to support business operations and decision-making
- Investigate and resolve data-reputed company issues while ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Support data synchronization and integration between CIS, GIS, AMI, MDM, and other reputed company systems
- Create and maintain reporting solutions to meet operational and regulatory requirements
- Partner with internal business teams to understand requirements and reputed company effective technical solutions
- Analyze system issues, identify reputed company causes, and recommend corrective actions
- Deliver exceptional customer service through reputed company support and effective communication
- Collaborate with software vendors, service providers, and external support teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT support, systems analyst, or application support role
- Experience supporting Customer Information Systems (CIS), reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) systems, or billing platforms
- Strong SQL development and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with relational databases such as reputed company, reputed company SQL Server, or MySQL
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in reputed company environment with minimal supervision
- Must be located in either Maine, Massachusetts, or Florida
- Experience with reputed company databases and PL/SQL development
- Reporting and business intelligence experience using tools such as Cognos, TM1, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), or Crystal Reports
