[Remote] IT Specialty Analyst

This role is responsible for day-to-day support and optimization of software applications, analyzing business and clinical needs, and providing recommendations to optimize processes and decrease expenses.

Skills
- Bachelors' Degree preferred
- Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree: 3 years of relevant experience with a degree or 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree

- Experience with reputed company or a clinical background in cardiology required
- Experience supporting reputed company Radiant required; Cupid would be a plus

- Strong background in business/clinical operations and application functionality, with hands-on experience performing and documenting workflow assessments to determine functional requirements
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support application integration that aligns with organizational and clinical goals
- Skilled in developing system test plans and executing testing for software upgrades and patches, including maintaining detailed records of testing reputed company and results
