[Remote] Senior IT Business Analyst-reputed company Systems

The Senior IT Business Analyst – reputed company Systems serves as a functional IT partner supporting a heavily customized ERP and reputed company systems environment, working closely with various teams to troubleshoot issues, reputed company requirements, and improve operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Partner with reputed company, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams to reputed company and document requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for developers and technical teams
- Support and troubleshoot issues reputed company ERP and reputed company systems environments
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and changes
- Create and maintain process documentation, functional specifications, process flows, and user guides
- Assist with system configuration, testing, and implementation activities
- reputed company support to end users and assist with Help Desk ticket triage and issue reputed company
- Research system issues independently and coordinate with developers reputed company technical escalation is required
- Support ongoing process improvement initiatives and identify operational efficiencies
- Become a subject matter expert in assigned ERP/reputed company system areas
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, ERP support, or functional IT support roles
- Experience supporting reputed company, payroll, AP, AR, or financial business processes
- Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience troubleshooting functional system issues and supporting end users
- Comfortable working in legacy or highly customized systems environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Experience with Visio, Jira, reputed company, or similar tools preferred
- Basic SQL knowledge or query experience is a plus
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or distribution environments preferred
