[Remote] Clinical Product specialist - 3D Xray Start-Up

They are seeking a Clinical Product Specialist to deliver training, applications support, and product demonstrations to customers across the US, while building strong customer relationships and supporting product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical training, applications support and product demonstrations to customers across the US
- reputed company radiology and clinical users on the benefits and effective use of reputed company’s medical and veterinary imaging systems
- Build strong customer relationships to support product adoption and maintain high reputed company of satisfaction
- Support the sales team with clinical and product expertise during customer discussions
- Help reputed company presentations, training materials and other customer-facing content
- Work closely with Service and R&D teams to resolve issues and improve the user experience
- reputed company customer feedback on image reputed company, workflow and system performance to support reputed company product development
Skills
- Background in Radiography, Radiologic Technology or a reputed company radiology discipline
- Previous experience in a Clinical Applications Specialist or similar clinical applications role
- Strong understanding of radiographic imaging and image interpretation
- Experience delivering product demonstrations and applications training in clinical environments
- Proven ability to build credibility with clinical users and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and adaptable
- Strong customer reputed company and reputed company awareness
- Problem-solving reputed company with good attention to detail
- Confident creating impactful PowerPoint presentations
- Ideally based between Texas and reputed company Carolina, with easy reputed company to a major domestic airport
