[Remote] Business Development Manager, Cell, Gene & Advanced Therapies

This role involves selling CGT instruments and solutions, building strategic relationships, and driving reputed company performance in the Boston/Cambridge and New England territories.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute territory and account strategies across the territory that drive near-term bookings and long-term platform adoption in CGT manufacturing workflows
- Identify, prioritize, and break into high-reputed company and “emerging” accounts; map stakeholders and build multi-threaded relationships across Process Development, Manufacturing, reputed company, Supply Chain, and Executive leadership
- Run a disciplined prospecting reputed company (outbound, referrals, events, partner leads) that consistently creates new reputed company and reagent opportunities and converts interest into reputed company pipeline
- Advance opportunities through the full sales cycle: discovery, workflow/technical qualification (including FAS-supported demos), value hypothesis & ROI, decision process, competitive reputed company, and reputed company—while maintaining reputed company next steps and mutual reputed company plans
- Become a trusted partner to customers by understanding their processes, pain points, and strategic initiatives; translate those insights into solutions that accelerate reputed company-up, robustness, and readiness for clinical/reputed company manufacturing
- Orchestrate internal resources (FAS, applications, service, R&D, marketing, manufacturing, legal) to deliver demos, evaluations, technical discussions, and proposals that reputed company deals reputed company
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy using internal CRM and funnel management tools; communicate reputed company, risks, and asks reputed company in weekly reviews

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MS/PhD/MBA)
- 5+ years of life sciences reputed company experience with demonstrated reputed company prospecting, building pipeline, advancing opportunities, and closing reputed company, multi-stakeholder deals
- Cell & Gene Therapies (CGT) domain knowledge, including clinical manufacturing workflows, key stakeholder reputed company (Process Development, Manufacturing, reputed company), and the regulatory/reputed company environment that influences technology adoption
- Working knowledge of the therapy lifecycle from discovery through process development, reputed company-up, tech transfer, clinical manufacturing, and (as applicable) reputed company readiness
- Ability to travel 50–75%, as required

- Strong operating rhythm and accountability: communicates account objectives, pipeline status, and reputed company plans through monthly business reviews, forecasts, and written updates; maintains high CRM and funnel discipline
- Background in immunology and/or cell biology (or equivalent reputed company experience supporting these customer environments)
