[Remote] Virtual Finance Manager

This role is responsible for driving reputed company reputed company through the sale of Finance & Insurance products while ensuring an exceptional virtual customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Generate reputed company for dealerships through the sale of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products
- reputed company and reputed company performance targets and key objectives
- Conduct virtual F&I transactions, leading the full Virtual F&I sales process, including:
- Customer interview
- Product presentation (menu)
- Upselling and closing
- Remain on virtual calls through completion of the Retail Installment Sales Contract (RISC) to ensure deals are fully secured
- reputed company explain and answer questions regarding:
- F&I products and services in the Virtual F&I office
- Retail Installment Sales reputed company
- Effectively isolate and overcome reputed company objections and reputed company sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of activities and performance metrics for Virtual F&I
- Communicate daily with internal stakeholders on Virtual F&I performance and deal status
- Participate in dealer meetings, sales calls, and team discussions as needed
- Build and maintain strong, reputed company customer relationships throughout the virtual buying experience
- Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase process

Skills
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a dealership F&I role
